The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids to contract for legacy controls upgrades of HVAC building control systems to the following town facilities, including, Lincoln Center, Fire Station #2, and the Senior Center. The Town of Manchester is also soliciting bids to contract for routine and emergency repair services to HVAC control systems. The Town intends to have one or more Contractor(s) available for facility H.V.A.C. control systems services. Work shall be assigned to contractors based on factors including a) experience level, b) pricing of work assignments and c) past work history in accordance with labor and markup rates provided in response to this solicitation.
