The City of Murfreesboro is requesting proposals from qualified General Contractors for building construction, remodeling, renovation, and repair of City-owned facilities. The City desires to establish a pool of qualified general construction contractors to bid on certain projects in order to more quickly contract for construction services. The City will establish of pool of no more than six (6) contractors for a period of three (3) years.
