General work description:The project includes removal off two kitchen grease hoods, a makeup air unit and exhaust fans. One new grease hood, a new condensate hood, mechanical ductwork, mechanical and electrical connections are included in the project. See the drawings and specifications for entire scope of work. This project will need to finish prior to golf season starting up. This is estimated to be around March 1st, 2024.
