ALL BID DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION ARE AVAILABLE AT www.accentblueprints.com .Sealed bids for construction of the Broad Cove Pump Station Force Main Improvements project for the Town of Hingham will be received at the Hingham DPW Building, 25 Bare Cove Park Dr., Hingham, MA 02043 until 11:00 a.m. on August 29, 2024, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The scope of work for the Base Bid includes construction of approximately 4,200 LF of new (replacement) 14-inch HDPE sewer force main and appurtenances and 91 watertight manhole frame and cover assemblies. The scope of work for Bid Alternate #1 includes substitution of new (replacement) 14-inch HDPE sewer force main with new (replacement) 14-inch PVC C900 sewer force main. Contract completion period is 365 consecutive calendar days.Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, cash, certified check, treasurer’s or cashier’s check payable to the Owner, is required in the amount of five percent of the bid, in accordance with Section 00200,INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
