Brick Paver Restoration in the Siesta Key Village Public Improvement District

Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide Brick Paver restoration, including resetting existing pavers and compacting with joint sand, in areas specified on both sides of Ocean Boulevard within the right-of-way (Exhibit A). Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, disposal, and incidentals necessary to restore level surfaces and reset decorative pavers. Contractor shall close any walkway areas to ensure public safety throughout work, from start to completion, with minimal disruption to local businesses or pedestrian traffic. All specified pedestrian facilities shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Florida Accessibility Code, and the current Public Rights-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG). a.
