Brackney Landslide Area Pipeline Risk Reduction Project

You are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Brackney Landslide Area Pipeline Risk Reduction Project to present your special expertise and to substantiate your capabilities to act as a HDD Contractor and/or Conductor Casing Installation Contractor. Only HDD Contractors and/or Conductor Casing Installation Contractors will be prequalified.The City is using a two-step procurement process. In Step 1, the City will evaluate all responsive SOQs and shortlist those HDD Contractors and/or Conductor Casing Installation Contractors that qualify in accordance with the rules, guidelines, and procedures set forth in this RFQ. In Step 2, the short-listed HDD Contractors and/or Conductor Casing Installation Contractors will receive a notification and will be indicated as such in the contract documents. Pre-qualified HDD and/or Conductor Casing Installation contractors will be eligible to submit a contractor or subcontractor bid for the HDD and/or conductor casing installation. The contract award will be made to the responsive and responsible Prime Contractor offering the lowest price.
