Riverside County Park and Open-Space District (“RivCoParks”) is seeking contractors (“Proposers”) to submit proposals to design, fabricate and deliver a cohesive trail signage program for the Box Springs Mountain Reserve Trail Signage Project (“Project”) along various trails within the Project footprint (Attachment C, Exhibits). The objective of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to provide Proposers with the necessary information so that they can submit to RivCoParks a written proposal for the Project which ultimately leads to the selection of the best contractor for the Project.
