The City is seeking proposals for police video program solutions for the Bothell Police Department. The procurement includes, but is not limited to: Body-worn camera hardware and accessories. Cloud-based software and licensing. Cloud-based storage. Digital evidence management capabilities that integrate with the City's existing digital evidence management environment. Video redaction capabilities. Voice masking for audio redaction that complies with Washington State law. In-car camera capabilities including hardware, accessories Professional implementation services. Training and organizational readiness support. Ongoing maintenance, technical support, and software updates. The City recognizes that vendors may package and deliver these capabilities differently. Vendors may propose a comprehensive solution or individual solution components, provided the proposed approach satisfies the requirements of this RFP. The City reserves the right to award one or more contracts if determined to be in its best interest.
