CONTRACTOR shall remove submerged aquatic vegetation from Boronda Lake and remove cattails in selected areas to improve conditions for recreational fishing and boating. Target species include but are not limited to the common cattail (Typhalatifolia), Pondweed (Elodea Canadensis), and Water Lilies. This will be a 3 year contract.
