Where any items called for in the RFP documents are supplemented here, the supplemental requirements shall be considered as added thereto. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged and in full effect. PLEASE NOTE: FAILURE TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF ADDENDA ON THE PRICE PROPOSAL FORM MAY SUBJECT PROPOSAL TO DISQUALIFICATION. ITEM NO. 1: Extension of Submission Deadline Worcester Housing Authority has extended the deadline for submissions to October 8, 2026. All submissions are due by 2pm. ITEM NO. 2: Questions for clarification. Please see below for responses to inquiries: Q1. Are there existing utility challenges to the site. A. We currently have electricity to the site, and we do not know of any challenges with upgrading or bringing new utilities in. Q2. To your knowledge is there any contamination on the site. A. The Worcester Housing Authority has done several remediation projects over the years including all interiors and any visible pipe wrap. Q3. Were there any USTs on site? A. Original building plans from 1955 indicate gas fired boilers. Q4. Of the minimum 200 new units, how many are required to be 30% AMI replacement units? A. 44 Q5. Is this development currently elder only? A. No, Booth is currently a mixed development. Q6. What amenities are currently available to the residents at Booth? A. There is a community room, community kitchen and two community laundry rooms both located in the Community Building. Q7. What is the location of the western property line? A. Please refer to the site plan in the RFP and to the deed description available at the Worcester Registry of Deeds site. Q8. Why does the RFP state that the WHA is looking for proposals that would not use LIHTC funds. A. The WHA has two large development projects underway and would prefer not to compete against itself in One Stop Funding Rounds.
