At that time proposals will be opened in public and read aloud. The documents comprising the Request For Proposals may be obtained from on the School’s website on the Central Office, School District Operations page under “Bids and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)”, at There will be a mandatory walk thru on Friday, February 27, 2026 starting at 9:00 A.M at Swift Middle School, 250 Colonial St., Oakville, CT 06779 and thereafter at Judson Elementary School, 124 Hamilton St., Watertown, CT 06795. The Watertown Public Schools reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award who, in the School’s judgment, will be in the School’s best interests. The Watertown Public Schools (the “Schools”) will not accept submissions by e-mail or fax. The Schools will reject proposals received after the date and time noted above.
