Please certify on your Bid Form that you have received Addendum #1 Response to Queries 1. Question:    Is  this  is  a  rebid  of  a  project  with  the  same  name  that  bid  in  August  with  the  Project number  2015-001? Answer:    Project  #  2015-‐001  was  canceled,  and  2015-‐003  is  the  new  RFP. 2. Question:  Your  RFP  -‐  Instruction  to  Bidders  #4  -‐  Bid  and  Contract  Security  makes  reference  to  a  Bid Bond.    However,  no  percentage  is  specified  and  no  specific  form  is  provided  (like  the  Payment  & Performance  Bond  Forms).    Are  we  to  assume  that  a  Bid  Bond  is  not  required? Answer:  A  Bid  Bond  is  not  required. 3. Question:    Do  we  have  all  of  the  permits  for  the  construction? Answer:  No,  we  have  the  permits  for  the  zoning  however,  we  do  not  have  the  construction  permits because  we  are  required  to  list  the  General  Contractor  for  the  permits  to  be  issued. 4. Question:    Are  we  requiring  any  NEPA  (National  Environmental  Protection  Agency)  or  SHPO  (State Historical  Preservation  Society)  permits? Answer:  To  our  knowledge,  we  are  not  required  to  obtain  either  set  of  permits  for  this  project.  We  have received  approvals  from  the  town  however,  we  are  not  aware  of  needing  that.    We  would  expect  any vendor  to  provide  any  additional  permits,  if  required. 5.
