'Project Description:Building 80 houses the Agricultural Sciences classes for Mt. San Antonio College. Constructed in 2011, the 2 story building exterior is approximately 38,000 SQF.The work consists of all preparation for pressure cleaning, caulking/sealing of all cracks, sanding, painting and finishing the exterior surfaces of the building. Exterior painting of building including, but not limited to, all walls, soffits, columns, gutters, downspouts, door and frames, parapet walls, trim, railings, and steel bars where applicable.Without restricting the volume or generality of the above, the work to be performed shall include, but is not limited to the following:<p
