The purpose of this Request for Quotation is to define the County’s minimum requirements for the purchase of sixteen (16) portable radios, by which the County may evaluate products offered by Contractors or Vendors. As used herein, the term Contractor or Vendor shall mean the Contractor, its employees, or agents.
