Ferris State University (FSU) is seeking responses from Professional Service Organizations (PSO) to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Professional Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services to FSU for the Birkam Health Center & Johnson Hall Relocation project located on the Big Rapids campus. Ferris State University is evaluating the relocation of departments currently housed in Birkam Health Center and Johnson Hall throughout existing campus facilities, including FLITE (FLT), Arts and Sciences Commons (ASC), National Elastomer Center (NEC), Swan Building (SWN), and the Granger Building (GRN). Relocation of departments from Birkam Health Center and Johnson Hall will allow the University to strategically reposition programs and services while reducing reliance on aging facilities that require significant investment to address deferred maintenance, infrastructure deficiencies, and space configuration challenges.
