The scope of responsibility will include operation and maintenance of the concession stand and its equipment for certain events held at the park. A more detailed MOU will be provided to organizations invited to submit tenders as a result of this “Request for Proposal” (RFP) process that will include specific duties and responsibilities to operate the stand.
