The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase of Two 69 KV Substation Circuit Switchers for the Siloam Springs Electric Department. Bids must be received by 2:00 pm CST on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at the Electric Department Building, 1600 W. Quarter Rd, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Prices submitted must be firm, and all bid quotations shall be valid for 90 days. All interested parties may obtain specifications from Edlin Corder, at the address listed above. Sealed Bids may be delivered in-person or by private carrier to the City c/o Glenn Severn at 1600 W Quarter Rd, Siloam Springs, AR; or mailed to the City c/o Glenn Severn at P.O. Box 80, Siloam Springs, Arkansas 72761, in an envelope marked “Sealed Bid Enclosed – Substation Circuit Switcher”. The sealed bid must be received prior to the above date and time. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities or irregularities in the bidding process, and award the contract in the manner determined to be in the best interest of the City, consistent with applicable Arkansas law.  Should the City elect to waive any right, such waiver shall not constitute a waiver of any other right or remedy or a waiver of that right in the future.
