MUNICIPAL SPECIFICATIONS - INSTRUCTIONS To: Project Managers Utilizing Standard Municipal Specifications Please note the following instructions: 1. Review the draft Specifications to make sure that the Project information is correctly entered. 2. The Bid Form must be modified to include all of the bid items, approximate quantities, and units. 3. Note the list of Bid Documents shown on page 9 (Bid Form checklist) and page 32 (Article IV of the Contract).
