BID PROPOSAL REMOVE AND REPLACE WALK IN COOLER LOCATED IN THE MCCRACKEN COUNTY JAIL Proposal of ______________________(hereinafter called the BIDDER), to the McCracken County Fiscal Court,(hereinafter called the OWNER). Bidder hereby proposes to furnish all labor and materials to remove and replace custom Cooler per the specification guidelines listed below and provide an itemized list of materials to be used in the project. Specification Guidelines ALL WORK TO BE COMPLETED MONDAY-FRIDAY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS SPECIFIC TIMES TO BE COORDINATED WITH THE MCCRACKEN COUNTY JAILER. Demolition of the existing Cooler Installation of custom 3 room Cooler utilizing the existing evaporators and condensers Provide electrical service as needed during demolition and installation. Proper disposal of all materials removed, and clean-up of job site required daily. Provide Trailer Based Cooler to be used during construction. Time to Completion (Days) _________________________ Lump Sum Price $________________________________ General Requirements Any and all subcontractors are subject to approval of the owner. The bidder shall submit the following prior to executing an agreement: Certificate of $1,000,000 liability insurance A valid McCracken County and City of Paducah business license
