SEALED BID PROPOSAL TO INSTALL APPROXIMATELY 26 GALVANIZED LIGHT POLES WITH 76 NEW LED FIXTURES AT HEATH BALLFIELDS LOCATED AT 9675 OLD HALL ROAD Proposal of (hereinafter called BIDDER), to the McCracken County Kentucky Fiscal Court, (hereinafter called OWNER). Bidder hereby proposes to furnish all labor and materials to remove 20 light poles (fields 1-5) from site at Heath Ballfields and install approximately 26 light poles on fields 1-5. Requirements: o Demolish & remove 22 wood light poles from field’s 1-5 at Heath Ball Park. o Install concrete bases for new light poles. o Install approximately 26 galvanized light poles on fields 1- 5 at Heath Park. o Install underground wiring where needed and install 76 new LED fixtures. Base Bid Material/Equipment, Lights, Inspection, removing old poles and installation of the new poles and electric components shall be included in the base bid. Base Bid Lump Sum Price $ _______________ NOTICE TO BIDDERS Contracts shall be awarded by the McCracken County Fiscal Court to the lowest and/or best bid by a qualified bidder. In determining best bid, in addition to price, the McCracken County Fiscal Court may consider: 1. The ability, capacity and skill of the bidder to perform the contract or provide the service required; 2. Number of days required for lighting installation; 3. The quality of performance of previous contracts or services; General Requirements  Please contact Steve Ervin (270-444-4707) for pre-bid site visit.  Any and all sub-contractors are subject to the approval of the owner.  Sealed Bids are to be submitted to Steve Ervin, McCracken County Judge Executives Office, by 3:00 pm cst, on 1-10-2025. Bid opening will occur @ 3:05 pm cst on 1-10-2025 in Meeting Room A at the McCracken County Courthouse.  Bidder shall submit a valid McCracken County business license prior to executing an agreement.  Bidder shall submit a certificate of $1,000,000.00 liability insurance naming McCracken County as additionally insured.  Material and installation will be warranted for a period of one (1) year from completed installation.  Work Completion – All work must be completed by March 15th, 2025. Date of completion anticipated by bidder. _______________________.  The McCracken County Fiscal Court is exempt from Kentucky State Sales Tax.  Proposers shall not begin any work activity until such time as a Purchase Order has been received from the McCracken County Fiscal Court.
