SEALED BID PROPOSALS TO INSTALL A NEW SECURITY FENCING SYSTEM SURROUNDING THE REAR STAFF PARKING FACILITY AT THE MCCRACKEN COUNTY COURTHOUSE Proposal of (hereinafter called BIDDER), to the McCracken County Kentucky Fiscal Court, (hereinafter called OWNER). Location: McCracken County Courthouse, 300 Clarence Gaines Street, Paducah, KY 42003 Issuing Agency: McCracken County Fiscal Court 1. Project Overview & Background The McCracken County Fiscal Court is soliciting formal quotations from qualified contractors to supply and install a complete security fencing system surrounding the rear staff parking facility (approximately 17 vehicle spaces). Currently, the staff parking area lacks perimeter security, resulting in unauthorized vehicular parking and pedestrian foot traffic. Due to safety concerns raised by personnel arriving and departing outside standard operating hours, this project aims to establish a secure, controlledaccess perimeter to protect courthouse staff and property. 2. Key Objectives The installed security fencing system must: • Restrict Access: Restrict site access exclusively to authorized staff vehicles and pedestrians. • Control Traffic: Channel all vehicle and pedestrian entry and exit through designated access-controlled points. • Maintain Aesthetics: Provide a clean, durable, and professional architectural appearance consistent with the courthouse grounds. 3. Scope of Work & Technical Specifications The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to deliver a complete and fully functional fence installation. Preferred specifications are outlined below; qualified alternative proposals meeting or exceeding these requirements will be considered.
