Alabama State Port Authority Requisition and Proposal Project Name Supply of Warehouse Roll-Up Doors for Pier A South Refurbishment Project #: 11717 Task #: 03 Prospective Bidders To: Please procure the following and deliver to the address below: Delivery of Proposal: Alabama State Port Authority (ASPA) Location identified below in Note #1 Date: February 2026 Delivery of Performance of Work: Alabama State Port Authority Main Docks Pier A South Warehouse Roll-up Doors Mobile, AL Description of Work This Requisition solicits proposals for the supply and delivery of warehouse roll-up doors in accordance with the attached contract requirements, reference drawings and technical specifications. The delivery location is within the ASPA Main Docks facility in Mobile, AL. All work shall be in accordance with the requirements stated herein, Insurance Requirements and applicable State of Alabama and Federal Laws. The work consists principally of the supply and delivery of warehouse roll-up doors to the ASPA Main Docks facility in Mobile, AL. All materials shall be delivered to the ASPA Main Docks, Warehouse A South. Delivery drivers shall have TWIC credentials or obtain a TWIC Escort prior to arrival. Port personnel and equipment will be provided to unload and stockpile the material. All areas of the ASPA Main Docks are restricted access facilities and require valid Port Access Credentials for entry. All costs associated with the delivery of the material to the Port shall be included in the bidder proposal. All bidders submitting bids are to carefully examine the attached reference drawing (4737-S2-Rev A), technical specifications and contract requirements prior to submission of a bid proposal. Each Bidder shall satisfy oneself as to the character, quality, and quantities of work to be performed, and as to the requirements of the proposed contract. The submission of a proposal shall be proof that the bidder has made such examination and is satisfied as to the conditions to be encountered in performing the work and as to the requirements of the proposed Contract. The bidder shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for any work or expense resulting from the neglect of verifying all stipulated contract requirements. Per the technical specifications, the bidder is required to submit a delivery schedule with the bid.
