Fire sprinklers: Not required in this project, no fire sprinkler design is included. Wall insulation: R-19 batt insulation is required at all exterior 2x6 walls. Please disregard the R25 callout in the wall type details and follow the specs and general note 'C' on the Floor plans. Rough Carpentry Specifications: Please see drawing sheet S0.3 for carpentry and framing specifications. Exterior cement plaster finish: Shall be basic sand float 20/30 finish. Vinyl Coated Pre-Wrapped Panels (Section 09 72 16): Nelson Adams shall be considered an approved manufacturer of the panels in addition to those already specified, provided that the specified vinyl covering color and texture (the owner’s standard) is provided. 6.
