Ocean View Elementary Asphalt Replacement Project #1600, Bid #26-06 Addendum 1 ● All curbs within the scope of this removal and replacement project to be repainted per existing color scheme. ● All existing parking stops at parking spaces to be removed as part of this project; parking stops used to delineate left and right turn median at west end of lot onto Linda Dr. are to be replaced with new parking stops. ● Builder’s risk insurance is not required as part of this project (General Conditions, Article 11.3). ● Contractors are not required to provide “Insurance Covering Special Hazards” including “Excess Liability Insurance coverage in the amount of Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000.00)” as part of this project (General Conditions, Article 11).
