Contractor to reglaze window and paint. ● Scope of work now include repainting of the pump house and retaining walls (see attached site map) ● Contractor will paint up to the outside edge of murals. ● Campus handrails are included in the scope of work ● All doors shall be painted on the interior and exterior sides. Jambs will be split coating ● Contractor is responsible for removing all signage, display cases and lockblocks before painting. Then reinstalling.
