Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. Q. May we request the current incumbent or supplier or FOI A. We will not be providing this information at this current time. Q. How frequently to you take shipments (Quarterly, Monthly ) A. We change our filters out quarterly. Q. Will each shipment be delivered to each school directly pre-kitted, or would we send a full shipment to one location for dispersement A. Deliveries will be made to individual sites. Q. What has been your average annual spend on Filtration A. We will not be providing this information at this current time. Q. Is this an all or nothing bid? In other words, do the bidders must bid on all filters (MERV 8, 11, 13, and 15) to be considered for award on this opportunity? A. Please refer to page 7 section 11 (Award of Contract) in the bid documents. Q. Your list includes 15 sizes of Merv 15 pleated 1 inch and 2 inch. The description on these filters is DP40 which is a Merv 8 high capacity pleated filters. Can you clarify what product you are requesting. A. We are requesting MERV 15 filters. Q. The model number for the MERV 15 DP-40 is actually a MERV 8, screenshot below. Do you still want us to price out the MERV 15 Pleated panel filters? A. We are requesting MERV 15 filters. Q. Is this bid for supply and installation/services? If yes, can the vendor bid to supply the product without providing the installation/services? A. This bid is for supply of filters only. No installation. Q. Can the vendor follow up with the questions that weren't answered or ask more questions for the answers that were unclear after the deadline has passed? A.
