Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. Q. Bid form pricing matrix specifically lists “ABB Terra 54HV CCS1 charger”. (Mfg# ADC-50HV-480-C1AC1R). Can we bid with an alternate if it meets the specs and is on the Southern California Edison (Charge Ready Program) list? A. Please refer to page 8, section 18 (Preference for Materials and Substitutions) in the bid documents. Q. The Manufacturer’s (ABB) Product number for this product is: 6AGC107092 (not sure where you got the ADC-50HV-480-C1-AC1R) A. We can confirm that ADC-50HV-480-C1-AC1R is the correct product ID number. Q. The Bid form pricing matrix shows you plan on using "InControl Smart for DC Chargers". We are wondering if an alternative Portal Solution will be accepted. A. Please refer to page 8, section 18 (Preference for Materials and Substitutions) in the bid documents. Q. We couldn't find the attachments for the bid documents on the given website. Will you provide separate attachments for the bid form & other documents? Or are the templates from the bid document supposed to be used? A. We notice that you have mentioned TERRA 54HV CCS1 & InControl Smart for DC Chargers in Bid Form Pricing Matrix. Are these the required hardware & software for your purchase from all bidders? Or are these mentioned as template examples? A. Please refer to page 8, section 18 (Preference for Materials and Substitutions) in the bid documents. Q. You mention in the Bid Pricing Matrix that no installation cost is part of this bid. But in the Pricing section (4) of your General Conditions it mentioned - that charges for installation, to be included in the price indicated on the Bid Form Pricing Sheet. Could you clarify on what costs you require for the Bid Pricing Matrix? A. There are no installation charges that need to be included in this bid. Q.
