Such information shall take precedence over that previously published. Responses shall be considered modifications to the contract hereby incorporated into the contract documents as established above. CHANGES TO CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: revision/addition to the summary of work PROVIDE AND INSTALL HURRICANE MANUFACTURING COMPANY PRIVACY SLATS INSTALLED BETWEEN THE TOP AND BOTTOM RAILS AT THE KINDER AREAS ONLY. THE SLAT COLOR SHALL BE BLACK. SLATS WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE FENCING THAT IS STREET FACING ONLY. QUESTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS: Questions per verbatim Q. Good afternoon, I wanted to ask if Fortress Fence Panels would be considered as a substitution for Ameristar. Ameristar is notorious for long lead times and Fortress is an equivalent product with a better lead time. I have attached the specifications for the panels. Please let me know if this is a suitable option. A. The district preference is Ameristar to match adjacent and existing installations. Proposals to include specified materials only.
