Note that the roofing material basis of design is Versico or equivalent . Q: Verifying that Builder Risk is required for this project? If so, I will need the overall square footage for the project and the building construction type (i.e. wood framed, structural steel, etc.). A: Builder’s Risk is required for the project. The building is a wood framed structure. Approximate square footage is 15,000 sqft. The contractor is responsible for verifying the square footage based on aerial maps and the description provided at the pre-bid walk. District is not responsible if actual square footage varies from approximation. Q: Verifying that DVBE participation and/or good faith effort is required for this project. A: DVBE and good faith effort are not required. Scope of Work Addition. ● Contractor is to replace the existing two downspouts on building D. Downspouts are to be schedule 40 galvanized steel painted.
