Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. Q. Can we know which company is the most recent bus transportation provider for GGUSD, as well as their all-inclusive rates and number of buses provided? A. We currently use Pacific Coachways, Certified Transportation, Lux, and Visser. Their current rates are: • Certified $825 for first 5 hours and $144 each additional hour. • Visser $525 for 5-hour guarantee. • Lux is approximately $150 an hour and goes up after 8 hours. • PC was $6815 for our last 16-hour trip. Q. Is there a minimum requirement of wheelchair accessible buses? A. No minimum requirement. Q. How many trips were completed in years 2019, 2020, 2021, YTD 2022? A. Year 19-20 20-21 21-22 22-23 No. of Trips 54 17 32 10 so far Q. What is the approximate percentage of local services and out-of-town/out-of-state services? A. 97% local. Rarely out of town. Q. Can an alternative student transportation (TNC and/or Transportation management companies) participate in this RFP opportunity or is it for the yellow bus only? A. Yes. Not just yellow school buses. Any charter bus company with actual charter buses (not a company with just mini vans and cars). Q. This solicitation seems to be custom for school bus transportation. Would you consider a small vehicle fleet? A. No Q. Who is your current transportation provider or providers? A. Certified Transportation, Pacific Coachways, Lux Bus America, Visser and H & L. Q.
