This Addendum shall supersede all previously issued Contract Documents wherein it modifies same. All other conditions of the Contract remain unchanged. The following changes, additions, or deletions as set forth herein shall apply to the Contract Documents and shall be made a part thereof and shall be subject to all the requirements thereof as though originally shown and/or specified. 2. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on Bid Form. 3. SPECIFICATION REVISIONS Item 3.1 Division 00: LMUSD project number. The District project number shall change to 19567. Item 3.2 Appendix: Asbestos Air Sampling and Analysis (post abatement) See attached AHERA TEM report dated January 5, 2022. Item 3.3 Appendix: Lead Paint See attached requirements for the contractor when dealing with materials that may contain lead. Item 3.4 Section 09 72 16 Vinyl Coated Pre-Wrapped Panels Part 2.2.B.1 Pre-wrapped vinyl wall covering boards DELETE “a. Koroseal Wallcoverings” (District standard is Chatfield Clarke, no substitutions). Item 3.5 Section 23 03 00 Mechanical General Requirements Part 3.8.C – Cutting and Patching ADD: All roof penetrations shall use Versico products and a Versico authorized installer to maintain warranty (The roof is new and under warranty).
