Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. Questions per verbatim: Q. Is the primary use case as a digital scoreboard? A. No. Q. Are both video walls going into one gymnasium? and if so, do they need to be wired together? A. Yes, however they would need to work independently as well. Q. If the use is as a scoreboard, what scoreboard software is the school planning to use? A. These will not be used as a scoreboard; software is not required as part of this bid. Q. What systems will be feeding information/data to the video wall? A. This will be determined at a later time. Q. What inputs are needed to send video content to the video walls? A. Audio/Video In, HDMI, VGA, Auxiliary Audio, USB Q. Is any installation required or will the school provide or procure installation via a separate purchase? A. Installation will be a separate contract. Q. How will the school ensure that the proper AC power is provided for the video walls? A. Not part of this bid. Equipment order only Q. How many video walls do you plan on purchasing for the duration of the contract? A. After the bid has been awarded, there will be one order for two confirmed video walls. Additional orders may be placed as needed. Q. How soon do you require delivery after you place the PO? A. As soon as possible. Q. What will be your order frequency? A. There will be one order confirmed after the bid has been awarded. Additional orders may be placed as needed. Q. Do we have to include a video wall controller in our quote? A. No. Q. Does the delivery location have a liftgate? If not, do we include liftgate services in our quote? A. Delivery location will be notated on the PO.
