Contractor is ultimately responsible for determining final square footage based on information provided in bid documents and measurements taken at the job walk. Approximate square footage is 460 square feet. 2. Existing ramps will be removed by the district prior to start of project and will be replaced by district after completion. Attach additional numbered sheets as necessary; however, only one (1) request shall be contained on each submitted form.
