Dated this 16th Day of July, 2026 __Jason Muninger_________________ City Clerk /CFO CITY OF BARTLESVILLE, OKLAHOMA BID SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONCRETE BID NUMBER 2026-2027-004 The City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma is requesting bids for the purchase of all grades of concrete, flowable fill and grout. All concrete shall meet Oklahoma Department of Transportation Specifications Section 701. The bidder shall submit the bid on the proposal form provided with the specifications. The bid price shall be valid on October 7, 2026 for one year. For questions regarding bid specifications, contact Keith Henry, Public Works Director at 918-338-4103. The bidder shall submit the bid on the proposal form provided with the specifications. The City of Bartlesville does not guarantee the purchase of any minimum quantity during the bid period. In the event the bid is awarded to a party and that party is unable to supply the concrete at the time and in quantity needed, the City may purchase from an alternate supplier without jeopardizing the bid price. Flyash shall only be used upon authorization by the City for the individual project. The compressive strengths shown for each concrete class is a minimum. The City reserves the right to run occasional tests to verify concrete strengths, composition, and quality.
