CITY OF BARTLESVILLE SPECIFICATIONS FOR UTILITY TRACTOR WITH FRONT LOADER BID NUMBER 2025-2026-018 GENERAL: The City of Bartlesville is currently accepting bids to provide one (1) new 2024 or newer 60HP utility cab tractor with front loader. The tractor shall be a new, current production model and shall meet or exceed the specifications listed below. It must be serviced and ready for operation upon delivery. If equipment and/or material bid differs from specifications all differences must be listed by bidder as a part of this bid. All equipment and/or material bid as an approved equal and/or different from the specifications must be approved and accepted by the Director of Water Utilities. The lowest and or best bid and to waive any informalities, which meets the following specifications for the equipment, will be accepted. The City of Bartlesville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. The instructions shall include step-by-step use methods and include adequate illustrations, diagrams, and other applicable aids.
