UNIVERSITY OVERVIEW Mississippi State University (MSU) is a comprehensive land grant university. The main campus is located adjacent to the community of Starkville in northeast Mississippi, with a remote campus located in Meridian. Additionally, the university operates several remote agricultural experiment stations and has an Extension office located in each of the eighty-two Mississippi counties. INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL ON RFP MSU invites qualified respondents to submit proposals to replace and install air filters across MSU’s main campus. 3. SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED Project Overview Mississippi State University Campus Services is seeking sealed bids for the replacement and installation of air filters across MSU’s main campus. Scope of Work The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to replace all air filters on MSU’s main campus Vendor will be responsible for the following: • • • Replacement and installation of each filter in each of the buildings listed below 1 time each quarter (all filters will be replaced 4 times per year); Removal and disposal of old filters, including any costs associated with same; Providing their own storage area for filters. Storage of filters on MSU’s campus will not be allowed.
