McDuffie Main 25 kV Switchgear Upgrade Mobile, Alabama This Requisition solicits proposals for the replacement of the existing 25 kV main switchgear lineup at the McDuffie Coal Terminal in Mobile, Alabama for the Alabama Port Authority (APA) as shown in the attached Medium Voltage Switchgear Specification. Work will be in accordance with the requirements stated herein, attached insurance requirements, all referenced documents, and applicable State of Alabama Laws.
