This contract involves site development at the former developmental center, consisting of construction of sewer and water infrastructure and new streetscape construction in the Right of Way, the work is detailed in the contract documents and plans and generally consists of the following:1. Mobilize and set up staging areas.2. Install all applicable erosion and sediment control measures identified on the Erosion &Sediment Control Plan(s), in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and theContract Documents.3. Remove existing site utilities, caissons, structures, etc. as identified on the SiteDemolition Plans. Coordinate with local utilities as required to complete the work.4.
