Are there any special inspections or testing required by GC? a. Testing requirements are per the Project Specifications and the General Notes provided in the drawing sets. 2. Is an owner job sign required by GC? If so send details. a. No. 3. Is add/deducts allowed on the outside of the bid envelope? a. Proposals shall be filled in on the form provided, per the specifications. 4. Is a sales tax exemption form (C-3A) required for this project? a. No. 5. Is a named storm wind deductible required by GC on this project? If so, what percentage and will it be reimbursed to the owner if no storm occurs? a. Contractor insurance requirements are per the specification. 6. Assembly Bldg - Are the fire extinguisher cabinets as per G102.0 and G102.1 to be surfacemounted as shown or to be semi-recessed per 104413? Additionally, is another needed for the locker room or a surrounding area to cover the distance requirement for these? a. Fire Extinguisher Cabinets are to be semi recessed, the Contractor must ensure the correct cabinet is ordered for the wall thickness it's embedded into. 7. Assembly Bldg - The J toilet accessory (shower rod, hooks, and curtain) as per A103.0/A103.1 has no specifications as per 102800. Please clarify if these are to be integral with the shower compartments similar to the dressing compartments as per 101550, or should be provided under 102800? If 102800, please provide specifications for these items. a. The pre fab shower units and dressing compartments are to be provided with shower rod, hooks, and curtains as an additional option to the pre fab units and not an after installation by a separate vendor. 8. Assembly Bldg - The K toilet accessory (trash receptacle) as per A103.0/A103.1 has no specifications as per 102800. Please provide specifications for this item per 102800. a.
