Request for an approved list of PEMB manufacturers to be provided. See below. a. The PEMB shall be a Delegated-Design Submittal for metal building systems that complies with performance requirements and design criteria and shall include analysis data signed and sealed by the qualified design professional for their preparation. The Contractor shall confirm and provide a metal building system and components designed and produced by a manufacturer accredited according to the International Accreditation Services AC472. Manufacturers are subject to compliance with requirements as outlined within the specifications from one of the following available manufactures, or a prior approved equal. i. Ludwig Buildings, LLC ii. Varco Pruden Building Systems iii. ACI Building Systems iv. Nucor Building Systems 2. Specifications state there are 10ft long ridge vents and skylites? a. No ridge vents or skylites are required. 3. Request for the sizes and locations of the louvers and fans to be provided. a. Sizes and locations are provided in the Mechanical Drawings. 4. Verification of the orientation of the 7’-4” girt (Fab Shop). a. The orientation of the 7’-4” girt is provided in the details. All other girts may be orientated per the manufacture’s standards. 5. A specification for chain-link fencing was provided. Is there fence involved with either building? a. There is no chain-link fencing required for either building. 6.
