Purpose of this Addendum: This addendum is issued to address the following: The Bid 6 closing date has been changed from 3/3/2026 to 3/12/2026 at 2:00 PM. Accordingly, the Q&A close date and Plan Holder List, have been changed from 2/20/2026 to 3/2/2026 at 5:00 PM. No questions or plan holder lists will be accepted after this date. Also, all documents for the bid – Project Manual, Plan Set, Excel Bid Form Doc 020, Doc 330, Plan Holders List, Vendor Bid Question Submittal Form, and General Terms and Conditions can be found on the City’s website here as explained in the Notification of Document Location Change currently posted to the vendor bidding site.
