ADDENDUM NO. 1 April 28, 2026 Shadywood West Neighborhood Project 840198.05 & 501125.03 TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS: This addendum is included with the Contract Documents for the Shadywood West Neighborhood Project, 840198.05 & 501125.03. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the space provided under Article 3 of the Bid Form and include a scanned copy of this page with the electronic bid submittal. This addendum is issued for the purpose of specifying ADA detectable pavers for the project. Detectable warning paving bricks as shown on City of Topeka Standard Detail DT-004 shall be used for the project. ADA tactile warning panels will not be accepted for this project. Labor, materials, and equipment need to install detectable warning paving bricks shall be subsidiary to the bid item, “Sidewalk Ramp”.
