Addendum # 2 Bid 27-001 BOE – Central Office HVAC Replacement We are moving the deadline for the bid due date to July 8th. 1. Who will be responsible for the control removal, reinstallation, and integration? At the walkthrough it appears ABS has the ATC’s in the building. The scope does not call out for any controls work currently. ABS 2. The scope of work “Add Option 2: AHU Hot Water Coil.” Are we to reconnect the HWC to the existing HW S&R piping? The existing coils have been disconnected and capped. I am unable to get an answer for this, as the person I need to speak to is out of the office. Please price it out both ways, reconnecting to existing piping and not.
