Bid 26-004 BOE, Technology Lease Bid The Weston Public Schools will be receiving proposals for a taxexempt lease for technology equipment on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, on or before 10:00 AM. The face value of the lease will be $390,586.40. The term is 3 years, and the first payment will be rendered when the lease is executed. Subsequent payments will be annual. The majority of the equipment, $366,292 worth, has already been purchased and paid for. Bidders are requested to provide a copy of the required Resolution/Declaration of Official Intent with their proposal. The equipment to be financed includes: Lenovo Chromebooks and Cases Smart TVs Lenovo Think Books The district intends to award the lease after Board of Education approval on March 16, 2026. If your financial institution requires approval by the Board of Selectmen as well, that will be tentatively approved on March 19, 2026.
