Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. 1. Changes to Bid Schedule The deadline for submitting questions regarding the bid documents has now been extended. Any and all inquiries must be submitted in writing no later than August 7, 2026, by 1:00 P.M. to Monique Bracamonte, Buyer, by email at mbracamonte@ggusd.us. Answers to questions will be posted as a final addendum on August 10, 2026, by 5:00 P.M. The bid submission deadline has now been extended. Bid submissions and samples will now be accepted up until August 14, 2026, by 11:00 A.M. All bids will be opened on August 14, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Submitted Questions If your company previously submitted questions that have been answered in Addendum 1, you do not need to resubmit those questions again. 3. Instructions for Vendors Who Have Not Submitted a Bid If your company has not yet submitted a bid, please acknowledge all addenda by either including a copy of the printed addenda documents with the bid packet or by acknowledging the addenda documents by completing the Bid Form, Section 1, on Page 13. 4. Instructions for Vendors Who Have Already Submitted a Bid If your company has already submitted a sealed bid packet to the District and you DO NOT want to make any changes to your bid packet, please fill out the attached addendum acknowledgement form. Place only the attached signed page into a sealed envelope. Clearly write your company name and “ADDENDUM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT – BID NO. 2516” on the outside of the envelope and deliver the envelope prior to the revised bid submission deadline. The District will couple and open both envelopes together at the bid opening.
