ADDENDUM TO BID NO. 2416 GARDEN GROVE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT Purchasing Department 10331 Stanford Avenue Garden Grove, CA 92840 (714) 663-6340 Date: June 27, 2025 Project: Bid No 2416 Vehicle Parts & Supplies From: Tammy Starr, Purchasing Addendum Number: 1 You are hereby notified of the following changes, additions or deletions to the Documents for the above titled Project. Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. Changes to Bid Document: Bidder’s Check List, page 6, lists the W-9 form as a bid document required at time of bid submission and if it’s not present at the time of bid submission, bidder will be declared nonresponsive. This will be amended as follows: W-9 form is required at time of bid submission, however, if the W-9 is not included in bid packet, bidder may be declared non-responsive. Questions per verbatim: Q. If a bidder submits exceptions to the terms and conditions contained within this Bid package, will the bidder’s proposal be deemed non-responsive? A. Number 4. Modifications, under Information for Bidders states the following: Changes in or additions to any of the bid documents, alternative proposals, or any other modifications which are not specifically called for in the bid documents may result in the rejection of the bid as being nonresponsive. No oral, telephonic, facsimile or electronic modification of any of the bid documents will be considered. Q. What is the process for bidders to obtain bidding results after the bid has closed? Will a detailed bid tabulation be provided once contract is awarded? A. Bid results and tabulations can be obtained by emailing Tammy Starr at tstarr@ggusd.us after the award of contract has been accepted at the proposed Board Meeting on August 15, 2025.
