We wanted to inquire if this new bid is a supplemental of 2409 - Visual and Performing Arts Equipment and Supplies if so, are we required to respond to this Bid # 2415? A. Bid 2415 is not a supplemental to Bid 2409. It is a new and independent solicitation and therefore requires a new response. Q. Can you clarify if this bid is the same or replacing the last bid we submitted? A. Bid 2415 is a new solicitation issued in replacement of the previous advertised Bid 2409.
