Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. 1. Questions verbatim: Q. I recently came across a BID from the Garden Grove Unified School District and noticed that we import and supply some of the listed items. We are interested in participating in the BID and would appreciate your guidance on the process, including requirements, documentation, and any other necessary steps. Could you please provide insight into how we can proceed? A. To ensure that all vendors receive the same information and the process is fair and impartial, we are not able to provide guidance on the process and any necessary steps needed to complete the bid. Please review the bid packet in its entirety and refer to the section, “Information for Bidders” for details. Q. Can you provide the item listing in excel format? A. We are not able to provide the Bid Form Pricing Sheet in an excel format at this time. Q. Where Samples are listed as required is this only if bidding an OR Equal item? A. Samples are required on all line items marked with an asterisk as specified on the Sample Required column. Q. As per #19-“Or Equal”/Substitutions- to clarify are you requesting a written request for ALL items that are bid as an “or Equal” or not as the MFG listed? A. It is entirely at the bidder’s discretion whether or not they would like to request consideration for substitution items which should be based on the Manufacturer name and model number listed. Q. Will you accept items bid that are packed and shipped in a different UOM than listed on the bid specifications? A. Yes. Q. I looked on your website to see if I could find last year’s bid so I could get the recap/bid tabulation, but couldn’t find it. Can you email me the bid recap/analysis A.
