Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. Questions per verbatim: Q. Will the pricing need to include shipping + freight, or shipping + freight + installation? A. Bid pricing is to include shipping and handling. Installation does not need to be included in the bid price. Q. The question arose weather these items are all going to one central warehouse or location to be dispersed or shipped to individual schools? We ask because that can greatly affect the pricing on the quote. I saw on page 11 item 24 information regarding shipping but figured it was worth asking for further clarification. A. In most cases, shipping would be to our District Warehouse. If there is a need to ship the items directly to a school site, this will be notated on the purchase order. Q.
