Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. 1. The following paragraph was left out of the Publication Notice Calling for Bid and should read: Bid opening will be conducted via Zoom meeting at the above-mentioned date and time (January 13, 2021 at 3:00 P.M.) and will be made available to all bidders that submitted a sealed bid on or before January 13, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. Bidders who are interested in attending the Zoom meeting should email their contact information to Ed Govea at egovea@ggusd.us no later than January 13, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. It is the Bidder's sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is received prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals. In accordance with Government Code § 53068, any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids shall be returned to the Bidder unopened. 2.
